Project Description: Supply and erection of a 3,500 square foot (Star) metal building.
Bollinger Enterprises has been contracted to supply and erect the building.
Building delivery is scheduled for July 2009
Project: Linganore High School Water Treatment Building, Frederick, MD
Project Description: Supply and erection of a 2,500 square foot (Star) metal building.
Bollinger Enterprises has be contracted to supply the building material and manage the day-to-day coordination with general contractor. JCS Inc. will provide erection services.
Building delivery is scheduled for March, 2009
Project: Stanford Business Park Flex Building – Frederick, MD
Project Description: A 52,000 square foot flex building. The building is a steel building with a masonry front, metal siding, dock doors, storefront windows and doors, firewater tank and fire suppression system and a large retaining wall.
Bollinger Enterprises is currently providing project management services, performing cost and schedule control/tracking, and visiting the site for oversight and supervision. We performed pre-construction services, developed project estimate and schedule and developed and negotiated subcontractors.
Project is currently on-going.
Project: Fort Detrick Storage Building #1262 – Frederick, MD
Project Description: Design build for a 5,000 square foot metal storage building. The building included 3 overhead doors, 2 dock levelers and attached to an existing building.
Bollinger Enterprises provided project management services, managed cost and schedule control/tracking, and performed day-to-day on site supervision. We also performed pre-construction services, developed project estimate, schedule development and negotiated subcontractors.
Construction started August, 2008 and was completed in October, 2008
Project: Hagerstown Community College Motorcycle Storage Building – Hagerstown, MD
Project Description: A 2,500 square foot masonry motorcycle storage building. The building was constructed between two existing structures.
Bollinger Enterprises was the General Contractor for this project providing design and build services.
Design work started in May, 2008 with construction completed in September, 2008.
Project: Greenview Clubhouse- New Market, MD
Project Description: A 6,700 square foot upscale community clubhouse. Project included an outdoor pool, inside whirlpool, elevator, commercial kitchen, wet and dry sprinkler systems, and numerous upgrades.
Bollinger Enterprises provided pre-construction services, developed project estimate and schedule, developed and negotiated subcontractors, provided daily onsite supervision, performed cost and schedule control and tracking as well as project inspection and contract closeout.
Project was completed in January, 2008.
Project: Grace Episcopal Church – New Market, MD
Project Description: A 5,600 square foot church located in New Market, Maryland.
Bollinger Enterprises provided construction management and site supervision for the overall project construction. Coordinated work between subcontractors and state highway administration for the widening of Rt 75.
Project was completed in March 2008.
Project: Lot 56 Canvasback Drive – Easton, MD
Project Description: A 10,000 square foot steel commercial building. The facility will be subdivided into five rentable areas.
Bollinger Enterprises provided construction management and site supervision for the overall project construction as well as assisted with the tenant fit-out permits.
Project was complete Feb 2009.
Project: Jubilee Building Revitalization – Thurmont, MD
Project Description: Interior demolition of a 17,000 square foot building, including asbestos removal and tenant fit-out for a 5,400 square foot office and shop area.
Bollinger Enterprises worked with owner to develop project estimate and project financial return prior to purchase of the property. Worked on behalf of the owner during the purchasing process. Coordinated and directed architect and general contractor during the design and construction of phase 1, a 5,400 square foot tenant fit-out.
Project was completed January, 2007.
Project: Poplar Ridge Subdivision- Frederick, MD
Project Description: 24 lot subdivision located in Frederick, Maryland.
Bollinger Enterprises provided project management services including original budget development and project performance calculation. Coordinated the design and project approval process as well as approved and paid all invoices required for the project.
Project is approved, recorded and for sale.
Project: Light Business Park – Hagerstown, MD
